The traction device works very will. It is made very will with quality material. I am glad I perched the product.

  2. Claudia Atkins

Easy to adjust and great traction. To me it feels the same as in physical therapy sessions.
One has to use it on a firm surface such as the floor. The only criticism I have is when one wants to release the pressure: in my opinion it happens too fast. Bug one can easily go much slower by not fully opening the release valve. Highly recommend this item!

Right when the pain and tingling starts is the best time to use a traction machine. Not two weeks later, twice a week at physical therapy. This machine has saved me so much time and money and discomfort. When I start to get the tingling in my fingertips, I use this for 15 minutes a night for two or three nights and it goes away.

  4. Marcia M

I highly recommend the Saunders Cervical Traction. 5 minutes, twice a day, gives much needed relief. If I?m running late in the morning and don?t get to use it, I can tell the difference.

Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A You would need to consult with a physical therapist to determine this. There are videos on youtube that give general guidance (just search the device name), but it's safer to get advice on your individual circumstances from someone qualified in evidence-based practices.
  2. A I would guess about 10 pounds or so... It comes in its own case with a strap and is easy to carry.
  3. A It is specifically designed for upper cervical issues, so I doubt it would do much for the lower spine. It literally pulls your head up, stretching out the upper vertebrae.
